Gagik Tsarukyan Plans to Create a Public Noah's Ark, Will Participate in Elections

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia party, Gagik Tsarukyan, believes that his electoral program, "Offer to Armenia," will serve as a political and public Noah's Ark, bringing together all interesting proposals and solutions.

Tsarukyan highlighted that he announced the launch of the "Offer to Armenia" initiative months ago, convinced that countries recover after losses through the consolidation of programs, ideas, will, and dedicated individuals capable of revitalizing the nation.

“It is impossible to save ourselves alone. Our problems are so deep, and the situation is so complicated, that a different approach is needed. If we want to emerge from this predicament, we must create a state, scientific, and professional intellectual 'Noah's Ark,' where party affiliation has no significance,” he stated.
