The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, delivered a video address titled ‘A Story About How One Should Not Act.’

“My acquaintance, who works as a waiter, is not a beneficiary of health insurance because his salary is 80,000 drams. But if my acquaintance's salary were that high, he would never work in that cafe. Due to the shadow economy, a person can find themselves in a difficult financial situation at any moment. However, if his real salary were fixed, he would qualify for health insurance and would not have 97 percent of his problems,” he stated.
