Global Stars to Visit Armenia, Says Papoyan

No names will be provided yet; the government will announce them in due time. This was stated by the Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, in response to a question about which global stars will visit Armenia soon.

“I mentioned that we plan to invite up to two or more global stars to Armenia each year from now on. This aligns with the logic of developing tourism, as such events have significantly advanced the sector in our neighboring Georgia,” said Papoyan.

If people follow their favorite stars and, for instance, cannot attend a concert in Athens, they learn that a concert will be held in Yerevan two months later, and they come to Armenia. This should not occur every 5-6 years, but rather frequently,” he added.
