After Talks in Abu Dhabi, Statements Were Made by the USA

The two-day negotiations in Abu Dhabi highlighted a positive trajectory in the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine, according to the American publication Responsible Statecraft.

“Russian and Ukrainian officials appear to have made significant progress toward reaching a peace agreement following the second day of direct talks in Abu Dhabi,” the publication states.

“Significant signs of progress were the cautiously optimistic comments from the leaders of both delegations, who described the negotiations as substantive and effective,” it adds.
