Europe is Trying to Disrupt Negotiations on Ukraine, Lavrov Says

Europe is attempting to disrupt the ongoing negotiations between Russia and the United States, which have also included Ukraine. This statement was made by Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"They (European leaders) are now doing everything to prevent and disrupt the negotiations developing between us and the Americans, and now they are joined by representatives from Ukraine," Lavrov said.

At the same time, the Russian Foreign Minister noted that Europeans see no other position on the issue of Ukraine apart from an uncompromising commitment to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.
