Draft Agreement: What Will Be Offered to Iran

Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt have proposed a framework for negotiations between Iran and the United States, scheduled for Friday. This was reported by Al Jazeera.

The program stipulates that Iran will halt uranium enrichment over the next three years, after which it will limit the enrichment level to below 1.5 percent and transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium to a third country.

The proposal also includes restrictions on the use of ballistic missiles, a ceasefire for regional allies, and a potential non-aggression agreement between Tehran and Washington.

The negotiations are expected to take place in Oman with the participation of U.S. Ambassador Steve Vitkof and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
