Once Again, We Are Facing Distortion of Facts. The Public Oversight Authority Has Issued a Statement

We inform you with clear facts that the area rented by HEC CJSC was 4000 square meters of open space and a building of 941.92 square meters (a total of 4,941.92 square meters), whereas the area rented from HEC by the contractor was only 263 square meters, of course, there are many similar areas. This was stated on the Public Oversight's Facebook page.

“Once again, we are facing an obvious distortion of facts for a specific purpose, continuing to make erroneous comparisons to create a negative perception of HEC among our people. Relevant clarifications have been repeatedly provided, indicating that the mentioned expenses are not included in the current tariff, and that the rental payment is made by the owner using personal financial resources. It is unfortunate that, about 7 months later, this information is still not accessible to the responsible individuals.”

“At the same time, we would like to inform you that, considering the number of vehicles and technical capabilities of HEC, it was not possible to locate the entire fleet in one area. Therefore, the selection of the location was carried out taking into account operational efficiency, optimal working conditions, and the necessity of ensuring rapid response.”

“It will be very interesting to see how they will place HEC's vehicle fleet in an area of 263 square meters,” the statement said.
