Minister Surbuhy Galayan Announces Timeline for New Constitution Text

The Minister of Justice of Armenia, Surbuhy Galayan, has announced that the text of the new Constitution will be ready by March of this year. According to her, one of the primary objectives is to finalize the draft of the Constitution, which the authorities plan to complete within the next six months.

“In March, we will have a text that will be ready for publication,” the minister stated. Galayan also informed that after the text is prepared, awareness campaigns will be organized. “There are many issues that have been discussed, voted on, and approved by the council, and we are obliged to communicate with the public,” she emphasized.
