Trump Promises Good News on Peace Settlement in Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has promised good news regarding the peaceful resolution of the war in Ukraine. He stated that this is the first time he has mentioned this aspect.

According to RBC-Ukraine, the U.S. President made this announcement during a meeting held at the White House. “We have a lot to do. I think we are doing very well with Ukraine and Russia. I am saying this for the first time. You know, I believe we can have good news,” the President noted.

He also addressed the human losses due to the Russia-Ukraine war. “We are losing 25,000 people a month who have died in this war. Last month that number was 31,000,” Trump said.

Nevertheless, the White House leader reiterated that the U.S. is not spending money on the war in Ukraine, unlike his predecessor, Joe Biden.
