Russia Has Attacked at Least 19 Countries, Says Kaia Kallas

In the past 100 years, Russia has attacked at least 19 countries, stated Kaia Kallas, the EU's chief of foreign policy, without specifying which countries were involved. According to her, none of the mentioned countries have ever attacked Russia.
“We need to reach concessions from Russia regarding the limitations on their military budget, army, or nuclear weapons,” Kallas said.
