Nair Tiknizyan Under European Club's Radar

Eintracht Frankfurt is seriously considering the option of acquiring the transfer of Armenia national team defender Nair Tiknizyan. According to TransferFeed, the German club is expected to make an official offer to Red Star Belgrade.

Scouts from Eintracht attended the match against Malmo as part of the Europa League, and they were impressed by the 26-year-old player's speed, technique, and overall playing qualities. Representatives of the German club also followed Tiknizyan's performance during the clash with the Spanish team Celta at Raiko Mitic Stadium.

Although Tiknizyan's performance in the match against Celta was assessed as not meeting his usual standards, this has not changed Eintracht's position. The Serbian club is unwilling to sell Tiknizyan for less than €4.5 million. At the same time, Red Star's head coach Dejan Stankovic is opposed to the player leaving during the season and wishes to keep him in the team until the end of the league.

It is noteworthy that Nair Tiknizyan joined Red Star Belgrade in July 2025, and his current contract runs until June 2028. In the ongoing season, the defender has participated in 12 domestic league matches and has made one assist.
