A New Phase of Negotiations on the Ukraine Conflict Will Take Place Today in Abu Dhabi

Representatives from Russia and Ukraine participating in negotiations in Abu Dhabi are more interested than ever in achieving results. This was stated by Nikolay Topornin, head of the European Information Center. He believes that trust is increasing between the delegations.

A new phase of negotiations concerning the Ukraine conflict will take place today. Prior to this, on Saturday, January 31, talks were held in Miami between Russian President's special representative Kirill Dmitriev and U.S. President's special envoy Steve Vitkoff.
