Musk Declares He Repeatedly Turned Down Epstein's Island Visit Invitations
American entrepreneur Elon Musk has received multiple invitations from financier Jeffrey Epstein to visit his island. The businessman announced this on his social media page. The billionaire clarified that he had limited interaction with the notorious financier. However, he declined all invitations to visit the island.
“I was fully aware that some emails could be misinterpreted and used by malicious actors to tarnish my name,” Musk wrote.
Epstein was arrested in 2019 on charges of human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Later, reports emerged about his death in prison, which was found to be a suicide.
Last December, the U.S. Department of Justice released several documents related to Epstein's case. The agency created a separate page on its website dedicated to these materials. The released documents included photographs of former U.S. President Bill Clinton, as well as musicians Michael Jackson and Mick Jagger.
