Surena Papikyan's Response to the News of the Disbandment of the RA Armed Forces Spiritual Service

Father Psak Mkrtchyan wrote that the spiritual leadership of the RA Armed Forces, which has provided more than 20 years of service, has been disbanded by the order of the Minister of Defense.

Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan made a post on his social media page, stating that in order to avoid misinterpretations, he is publishing the order that regulates the organization of spiritual service in the armed forces.
