Dispute Over Domestic Issues Leads to Tragedy: Details of the Murder in Goris

On January 25, at 17:05, a citizen called the operational management center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reporting a dispute in the Tozkap area of Goris, near the graves. Operational groups from the Ministry of Internal Affairs were dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that the argument was over domestic issues, during which a grenade in the hands of 45-year-old Varuzhan Yolyan exploded. Both Varuzhan Yolyan and 38-year-old Armen Yolyan died as a result. A 30-year-old resident of Goris who was present during the dispute sustained injuries and was transferred to a medical center.

A criminal case has been initiated, and all circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
