HEC Improves Its Position Among 1000 Major Tax Payers: Romanos Petrosyan

HEC is steadily improving its position in the list of the top 1000 taxpayers in Armenia. This was stated by the interim manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, on his Facebook page.

According to official data from the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, in the summary results for the fourth quarter of 2025 (January-December), HEC LLC has improved its position by two places, now ranking 17th on the list. The total amount of taxes and payments made to the state budget of Armenia is around 16.9 billion AMD. In 2024, the same ranking figured was 19th, with total payments amounting to 12.2 billion AMD.

Overall, in 2025, HEC paid approximately 4.7 billion AMD more in taxes and payments to the state budget (about 39% more) than in the entire year of 2024. “HEC is no longer just serving our state,” he noted.
