Russia Will Not Allow NATO to Approach Its Borders, Orbán

The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, has stated that NATO must accept the reality that Russia will not allow the alliance to expand its reach near its borders. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

Orbán has urged the alliance to discuss and reach an agreement on how Ukraine can once again take on the role of a buffer state.

“We need to come to an agreement on how this land called Ukraine, which used to be a buffer zone and has now become a war zone, can once again become a buffer state,” stated the Prime Minister of Hungary.
