The city is impassable. Was the snowfall in mid-January a surprise for the city’s communal services? This was highlighted by Daniel Ioannisyan, founder of the 'Analytical Citizens' Union' in a video posted where he noted the Facebook page of the Yerevan Municipality.

“I am currently on Baghramyan Avenue, and the traffic is moving at a pedestrian rate, without any signs of cleaning or maintenance. It was difficult to handle anything in advance,” he stated. More details can be found in the video.
