Negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States that began in Abu Dhabi are taking place in a 'maximum closed' format, TASS reports, citing a source.

“The location of the negotiations has not been disclosed, and no press release is expected. In any case, this is the strict mode set for this evening,” the agency's source said.

A TASS correspondent reports that no major hotels have heard anything about the delegation's meeting. The hotels, as well as the presidential palace, are operating as usual without any intensified security measures.

It is noteworthy that this is the first time since the start of the war that trilateral negotiations are being held officially.
