Araqchi Calls Zelensky a 'Clown' for Anti-Iran Remarks
Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has dubbed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a "clown" following his calls for aggression against Tehran. Araqchi made the remarks on the X social media platform.
According to Araqchi, Zelensky is "robbing American and European taxpayers to fill the pockets of his corrupt generals" and is reacting to alleged "illegal aggression in violation of the UN Charter." At the same time, the Ukrainian leader is "openly and shamelessly calling on the U.S. for illegal aggression against Iran, again in violation of the same UN Charter."
"The world is tired of these confused clowns, Mr. Zelensky. Unlike your army filled with mercenaries supported by foreign powers, we Iranians know how to defend ourselves and do not need to ask for help from foreigners," Araqchi stated.
