11 Citizens Relocated from Artsakh to Armenia, Says Arsen Torosyan

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, posted on his Facebook page, stating: "Dear compatriots, I would like to inform you that 10 Armenians and one Russian citizen residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan (in Artsakh) have applied to the relevant authorities of Azerbaijan and Armenia for relocation to the Republic of Armenia. Based on these applications, the individuals have been relocated to the Republic of Armenia."
