Yegoyan on Former PCI President: He Didn’t Even Know the Location of His Salary Card

As the saying goes about mid-level officials, this is exactly what is meant. This was stated by Civil Contract party MP Arman Yegoyan.

“Let me remind you that Vardan Harutyunyan was appointed as the President of the State Revenue Committee in October 2016, at the very beginning of Karen Karapetyan's premiership. He is a friend of Karapetyan. I am sure that he didn't even know the location of his salary card,” wrote Yegoyan, accompanied by a photo.
