Trump Plans to Offer Greenland Residents $1 Million Each

US President Donald Trump is considering the possibility of offering $1 million to each resident of Greenland if the island votes in favor of joining the United States, according to the Daily Mail.
Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark. However, Trump has repeatedly stated that the island should become a part of the United States. Danish and Greenlandic authorities have warned Washington against the confiscation of the island, noting they expect their territorial integrity to be respected.
