Ready to Work as Prime Minister for 1 Dram: Taron Chakhoyan

The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Taron Chakhoyan, shared a video on his Facebook page addressing a recent statement by Narek Karapetyan, in which he claimed to be willing to work as prime minister for just 1 dram.

Chakhoyan pointed out that the same Narek Karapetyan received approximately 400 million drams in salary from the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) between 2017 and 2024.

“From the same ENA, from which pensioner grandmothers and grandfathers, as well as families in difficult social situations, pay. 400 million drams is about 1 million dollars,” said Chakhoyan.
