You have learned that oligarchs can knock on the doors of officials. Pashinyan
The plundered resources have been collected from you and redistributed. We have gathered and reinvested 0.0001 percent of the collected plundered assets into our state apparatus, because we do not have our own 'Mishik' to give money to officials, and we will not have one either. And yes, we have done the right thing; the beneficiaries of the results are the citizens of the Republic of Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a question-and-answer session between the National Assembly and the Government, referring to a question about bonuses from Armenian National Assembly member Agnesa Khamosyan.
“That 3 billion certainly arose from activating mechanisms to evade taxes involving your former and surrounding individuals. That is why it has made you nervous. I know that there is a tradition in Armenia, and I know that there is a tradition in your faction as well, receiving money in envelopes from your leader. As far as I know, there are criminal cases where a family member of someone who led the republic was entering the Government and the presidential staff with a suitcase of money, and an Armenian official would take cash in an envelope, and also had to kiss their hand. I am responsibly stating that since 2018, since the day I was elected Prime Minister, such a thing has not happened in the Government of the Republic of Armenia and it will not happen either. You have learned that oligarchs can knock on the doors of officials,” Pashinyan said.
