The 149th entry notes that 'with U.S. support, a framework has been established to cease hostilities between Ukraine and Russia, setting mandatory deadlines for a ceasefire and incentives for restoration.'

The list also mentions mediation efforts for peace between India and Pakistan, between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, between Cambodia and Thailand, and efforts to normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
