Samvel Karapetyan Files Fifth Lawsuit Against Roman Baghdasaryan

Businessman Samvel Karapetyan has filed his fifth lawsuit against blogger Roman Baghdasaryan. According to "Factinfo," the businessman is once again demanding that the court compel Baghdasaryan to retract allegations of defamation and apologize to him, as well as to compensate for moral damages amounting to 6 million drams.

The lawsuit arises from Baghdasaryan's statements claiming that businessman Samvel Karapetyan has deceived the state or embezzled from the state budget, which the businessman asserts is false and not consistent with reality.

The lawsuit was registered yesterday in the Civil Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan and has been assigned to Judge Ani Karakyan. As noted, this is the fifth lawsuit filed against Roman Baghdasaryan, and overall, the businessman has submitted 20 lawsuits against those who have defamed him.
