Online Service Platforms Temporarily Unavailable: Migration and Citizenship Service

Due to damage to optical cables connecting the internet, the online service platforms are currently temporarily unavailable. Specialists from the provider serving the Migration and Citizenship Service are working with all resources to resolve the issue. This was reported by the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. It should be noted that this announcement was made around 12:09.

“Due to the aforementioned issue, it is currently impossible to activate the electronic signature. If you are approaching the Public Services Unified Office located at Vazgen Sargsyan address to receive a residence card, we inform you that electronic signature activation will not be carried out on-site. Citizens coming for consultations can approach and receive answers to their questions. Citizens coming for a residence card can sign and receive the card, but to activate the electronic (digital) signature, it will be necessary to approach again when the issue is resolved.
