Access to Google Restored in Iran

The Tasnim news agency has reported that access to Google's search engine and services has been restored in Iran following a week-long internet blackout. Previously, the U.S. criticized Iran for its ongoing internet restrictions.

According to The Guardian, Iran plans to permanently disconnect the internet for the majority of its citizens. Reports of internet disruptions have surfaced amid widespread protests taking place across the country.
