US Intensifies Criticism of South Africa: Bloomberg

Following joint naval exercises involving Russia, China, and Iran, the United States has significantly ramped up its criticism of South Africa. The House Foreign Affairs Committee accused Pretoria of posing a threat to American national security, as reported by Bloomberg.

Earlier, the US Embassy expressed strong dissatisfaction with South Africa’s permission for Iran to participate in naval drills off the coast of Cape Town. The exercises also involved naval vessels from Russia and China.
