Mass WhatsApp Hacks Reported: Details

Information security expert Samvel Martirosyan has made an urgent announcement on his Facebook page, informing that there is a mass hacking of WhatsApp accounts.

"It is still unknown how this is happening, but in any case, recovery codes are not being received at the moment," he stated.

Martirosyan also mentioned that those who still have un-hacked WhatsApp accounts should enable two-factor authentication until it becomes clear what is happening.
