What Happened to Macron's Eye According to France
French President Emmanuel Macron's eye turned red during a speech in front of soldiers at the Istres airbase due to a burst blood vessel, the Elysee Palace reported to Le Parisien.
"It was just a small blood vessel in the eye. It is completely harmless," said the report from the Elysee Palace's doctor.
The newspaper reported that before meeting with the soldiers, Macron apologized for the "unpleasant appearance" of his eye and assured that "nothing serious" had occurred.
