Ukraine Will Never Be an Obstacle to Peace, Says Zelensky

Ukraine will never be an obstacle to signing a peace agreement to resolve the Russo-Ukrainian war. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The president mentioned that he spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, particularly about the possibility of purchasing American weapons for Ukraine and getting missiles for the Ukrainian air defense system.

"We also discussed diplomatic efforts with America. Ukraine has never been, and will never be, an obstacle to peace. Russian missiles, Russian 'Shahed' missiles and Russia's attempts to destroy Ukraine are clear evidence that Russia does not need agreements," Zelensky stated.

As the president pointed out, when Ukraine experiences a 20-30 hour power outage due to Russia, and when Russian strikes aim to 'break the energy sector and the people,' it is Russia that is in need of pressure.
