Without Armenia's Consent, Nothing Can Happen: Mirzoyan

TRIPP development company will have an American controlling stake. This was stated during a live broadcast by Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

“Nevertheless, there will be some fundamental issues where the Republic of Armenia, even without a controlling stake, will have its oversight. That is to say, there will be issues where, regardless of the size of the stakes, be they big or small, nothing can happen without the consent of the Republic of Armenia,” said Mirzoyan.
