Your Brother Won't Be Able to Call You from the Army Asking for a Uniform, Says Papikyan

Regarding the uniforms, once we complete the military testing and the sample receives final approval, I plan to propose a legislative initiative in the National Assembly. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, during a press conference.

"The sale of this type of uniform will be prohibited, meaning it will not be possible to buy it in stores. Your brother will not be able to call you from the army and say, 'You know my uniform is worn out, please send me a new one.' Such a thing will not happen. When the uniform wears out, we must solve that problem," said the Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan.
