Reserve Officers Can Return to Military Service: Papikyan

We have had a number of legislative changes, one of which I consider important is the return of reserve officers to military service. This was stated during a press conference by Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan.

"That is, up to the rank of lieutenant colonel, those who hold the rank of major can return to the military units included in the list by the order of the Minister of Defense and continue their service, receiving both a salary and a military pension. The program is progressing with quite a positive trend, for which I am grateful to our reserve officers," the minister said.
