Snow Falls in Megrui Mountain Pass and Goris Region

As of 17:00, the Mastara-Lanjik highway is impassable for all types of vehicles. This information has been reported by the Road Department foundation. The Vardenyats Pass is closed to vehicles with trailers, while other types of vehicles find it difficult to pass.

The Megrui Pass is also closed for vehicles with trailers. In the regions of Aparan, Aragats, Artik, Chambarak, Martuni, Gavar, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Sisian, Goris, Ashotk, and Amasya, there are spots of black ice on the roads.

There is blizzard weather on the roads of Artik and Aragats regions. Snow is falling in the Megrui Pass and Goris region.

All inter-state and republican highways are open. Road builders are currently clearing the roads and spreading salt and sand.
