We Will Have to Talk to Putin: EU on the Necessity of Negotiating with Russia
The EU will have to negotiate with the Russian authorities at a 'certain point,' stated European Commission spokesperson Paola Pignon during a briefing in Brussels, commenting on Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's remarks about the need to 'talk to Russia.'
'It is clear that at some point we will have to negotiate with President Putin,' she said.
