We Must Enter the Situation of Every Family: Torosyan Gives Instructions

The Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, has published a video on his social media page announcing that he is preparing for his upcoming regional visit. He stated that he will be in the Ararat region.

“I have personally decided that I should be present in all our territorial centers of healthcare institutions, organizations under the ministry, as well as in all NGOs and other organizations that provide services funded by us. This decision is not random; we often encounter a phenomenon where there seems to be a disconnect between decision-makers in Yerevan and the reality on the ground,” the minister said.

Torosyan also noted that the letters he frequently receives about problems usually go through various channels, and due to his persistence, many of them, which do not have legal discrepancies, are resolved. According to Torosyan, the reason is that he tries to enter the situation of the citizen, of a given family, and expects the same from the other employees of the ministry, especially the management staff.
