Pensions and Benefits Through Cashless Means

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has published a guide for citizens receiving pensions or benefits in cash, detailing how to transition to cashless payment methods and benefit from the 20% cashback program available for cashless transactions.

“To do this, you need to follow these steps: Step 1 - Log in to the platform at online.ssa.am. Step 2 - If you are not registered on the platform, click the 'Register' button and fill in your personal details in the corresponding fields. Step 3 - After logging into your personal account, select the 'Online Applications for Pensions and Benefits' section, then in the opened window, select the 'Request for Selecting the Paying Organization (Bank)' subsection and fill out your application. For converting state benefits and pension payments to cashless methods, you can also visit the territorial centers of the Unified Social Service to assist you in completing the application (addresses can be found at socservice.am/offices),” the ministry's statement reads.
