This information was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “The Russian ambassador in Armenia has been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was handed a note of protest expressing deep outrage at the declarations made during a program broadcast on state television. It was emphasized that these statements represent an unacceptable encroachment on the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia and are manifestations of hostility, grossly violating the fundamental principles of friendly relations between Armenia and Russia,” stated the spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
Russian broadcaster and journalist Vladimir Solovyov had stated that “losing Armenia does not serve Russia's interests, and Russia should not only conduct special military operations in Ukraine but also in areas within its sphere of influence, disregarding international law.”
