The UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor has praised Armenia. He commented on the 33-meter statue of Jesus Christ being built on Mount Hatis. “I know that Armenia is currently constructing the largest statue of Jesus in the world, and it looks amazing. Bravo, Armenia. I have a dream to build the largest statue of Jesus Christ in Ireland. A monumental tribute to the faith of our nation,” he said.
