Trump: There Were Times When Putin and I Were Ready for Anything, But Zelensky Did Not Want to Strike a Deal

US President Donald Trump has expressed his belief in Russian President Vladimir Putin's desire to end the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by TASS.

"I think he wants to strike a deal," said the US President. According to him, there were times when he and Putin were ready for anything, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not want to make a deal, which, as Trump noted, shocked him.

He added that there have also been contrary situations later on, and in his opinion, both are now interested in striking a deal, indicating that this will still become clear.
