Another Fraud Scheme Emerges: Arsen Torosyan

Arsen Torosyan, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, has released a video on his social media page, alerting the public to a new fraud scheme circulating on social platforms, particularly TikTok, aimed at financial exploitation.

The Minister urged people not to click on links to the Telegram channel provided, and to refrain from sharing bank, card account information, and other personal details in order to avoid becoming victims of fraud.
