Denmark Failed to Protect Greenland, Says U.S. Vice President
Denmark was unable to protect Greenland, stated U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance. “Ask yourself: have Europeans, the Danes done everything necessary to ensure the security of Greenland and to maintain it as a pillar of global security and missile defense? And the answer is clear - no,” he said in an interview with Fox News.
According to Vance, the island is of significant importance for the operations of the U.S. national security and missile defense systems.
