Armenia and Azerbaijan Exchange Lists of Goods for Trade: Pashinyan

During a meeting between deputy prime ministers, Azerbaijan's deputy prime minister expressed the country's willingness to sell petroleum products. The Armenian government, after preliminary examination of the sector, informed businessmen who are not inclined to politicize the matter, for instance, stating that the government is forcing them to buy gasoline from Azerbaijan, that such opportunities exist. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

Two companies from Armenia have applied. "There were signs of a boycott during the first batch of imports, as there were networks that refused to sell that gasoline, which indicates that our initial concerns and anxieties were justified. I think it will be clear to everyone that this market and opportunity is open to all, and whoever wants can take advantage of it. That is, there are no other restrictions," Pashinyan added.

Pashinyan also mentioned that Armenia and Azerbaijan are exchanging lists of potential goods regarding what they will buy and sell. According to Pashinyan, the lists of goods are currently in the examination phase.
