A Fire in Achajur Destroyed Approximately 500 Animals' Worth of Feed and Nearly 3 Tons of Accumulated Fodder

On January 7, at 14:49, the crisis management center of the Tavush regional rescue department received a report that accumulated animal feed was burning in the yard of one of the houses on 11th Street in Achajur village.

Two fire and rescue teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. It was found that the fire had broken out in a semi-constructed building near one of the houses. The fire was contained by 16:50 and extinguished by 20:20. Approximately 500 animals’ worth of feed and nearly 3 tons of accumulated fodder were burned.
