Restrictions on Freight Truck Traffic in Yerevan Starting January 1

The Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that starting January 1, 2026, for freight vehicles exceeding the permissible maximum weight of 3.5 tons, temporary traffic permits will not be valid in the streets of Yerevan where their circulation is prohibited, during the hours between 8 AM to 10 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM.

The police warn that those who violate these restrictions during the specified hours will be subject to administrative liability.
