Zelensky Highlights Ukraine's 'Red Lines'
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky underscored Ukraine's 'red lines', which pertain to territorial integrity and the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. He emphasized that Ukraine will never legally recognize the occupation of its territories.
“Of course, we will communicate with our people before making any decisions, as the Ukrainian people are of utmost importance. This could involve a referendum or some legislative changes,” said the Ukrainian leader, highlighting that conducting elections or referendums is impossible under the current conditions of assaults and war.
He noted that Moscow will raise the issue of voting for Ukrainians in Russia, casting doubt on the legitimacy of elections in Ukraine.
