US Cannot Colonize Venezuela and Steal Its Resources: Maduro
The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, has called on American politicians gathered in Washington to abandon the failed projects that the White House has been trying to implement in his country over the past 25 years.
According to Press TV, Maduro stated that if American politicians are willing to engage in respectful dialogue, "we will always find a president here who represents his people and seeks ways for peace, cooperation, and prosperity."
At the same time, he mentioned that the nation will never believe the lies fabricated by the United States. "It is impossible for the U.S. government to create such a virtual reality," he said.
The U.S. military has deployed numerous warships and troops in the Caribbean, which is unprecedented in decades. Additionally, since September, they have destroyed at least 28 'narco-submarines' in international waters, resulting in the deaths of more than 100 people.
Earlier this month, U.S. President Donald Trump announced the seizure of an oil tanker under sanctions aimed at Venezuelan oil.
